Entretien
First round was assessment test. It had 7 sections like maths, aptitude, verbal ability, pseudocode, puzzle solving. It was pretty easy but there's sectional cutoff so you have to attempt all the questions. I had interview next day and it was HR+TI which was like 10 mins and the interviewer asked me basic questions from what was written on my resume. The questions were easy and the interviewer did not ask any in-depth questions. We were told that the main focus would be on communication skills rather than the technical skills.

Following the assessment test, got shortlisted for the interview phase. The session itself was very smooth; the interviewer created a supportive and comfortable environment right from the beginning. The conversation centered around my project, where I had the opportunity to detail its technical aspects, architectural choices, and the underlying motivation for building it.
Multiple rounds including face to face and aptitude depending on the role type and resume and project related questions were asked with focus on technical concepts including data structures and algorithms
The recruitment process started with an online assessment that included aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, and programming questions. Candidates who cleared the assessment were invited for a technical and HR interview. The interview lasted around 30 minutes and focused on Java fundamentals, projects mentioned in the resume, OOP concepts, certifications, and basic HR questions. The interviewers were friendly and gave sufficient time to answer.
