J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Infosys (Pune) en juin 2022
Entretien
I applied online multiple times through the Infosys careers portal. After several applications, one finally got picked for screening. I received a call from HR for a screening discussion, and then my interview was scheduled.
The first interview was on a Saturday and focused mainly on ReactJS, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS.
They asked how to align two boxes using CSS.
Covered ReactJS basics.
Conducted an online coding assessment.
Asked output-based JavaScript questions.
By the evening, I got an email saying I had cleared the round and was asked to share documents.
The next working day, I was informed about a managerial round, which was a short 10–15 minute phone conversation. After that, HR called for the HR round and salary discussion.
I initially asked for around an 80% hike compared to my current salary. They later called back asking for an existing offer letter to support the hike, which I didn’t have (I was just trying to negotiate). I thought the process might end there, but they came back with a 60% increment, which I accepted. I joined Infosys proudly within two months.
