Entretien
The interview process started well, and most people I spoke with were professional, although punctuality was an issue from the second round itself (interview with CTO).
After completing two interviews, I was told I had progressed to the final round with the CEO.
What followed were weeks of delays, repeated follow-ups from my side, and ultimately an email stating the company had decided to stop hiring for the role due to a business decision. Business priorities can change, but deciding to eliminate a role midway through an interview process raises questions about planning and respect for candidates’ time.
The company seems to be as disorganized as a bag of celery.
