- Emailed with HR guy back and forth - Phone interview with two devs which was relaxed and really nice - On site interviews with HR, coding test with a devand another interview with team lead, pm and tech lead. Finally a tour through the office. - Whole process took over two months. Not a single response estimate was adhered to. Every step took at least 2 weeks longer than previously stated.
