Met for a 1 hour in-person at the office with three other project managers. Interview went well and then was scheduled for a follow-up call on a Monday morning at 7:00am. I called into the conference line at 7:00. One of the other interviewers called into the line at 7:15 and said he didn't know where the other interviewer was. Had me on hold while he was talking to someone sitting next to him on an airplane. The other person never joined. He said he would follow up and find out what was going on and try to reschedule. Five days later they informed me they would not be hiring anyone for the position. The in-person interviewers said they really needed someone on their team. The phone interview was an unprofessional fiasco.
Interviewed at one of their recently acquired companies (SADA) only to be ghosted. Went through FOUR rounds of interviews, they then asked for references and I never heard from them again.

Entretien
The initial phone screening with the Talent Acquisition Specialist was disappointing. The conversation felt rushed and one-sided, with limited opportunity to properly exchange information. The specialist came across as disengaged and seemed to make assumptions without taking the time to understand my background fully. A more thorough and open-minded approach would have made for a better candidate experience.

When asked if I had done this 'exact' role before, I honestly explained that while I hadn't held the identical title,
3 step, uno con Hr, uno con il management italiano e uno con Head of Services (in inglese). Attenti alle esperienze e molto demanding riguardo a certificazioni ufficiali in Project Management. Buona impressione e cura della persona.
