I post this prior to knowing the outcome of this particular interview because I was and am impressed with this particular branch of Insight Global's network and my interaction with them. The particular recruiter that found me like a "needle in a haystack" had the tenacity and the leverage to not only identify a good potential fit-but also get me a face to face interview with the "local employer" that I could not penetrate over a two year period. Regardless of the results this an accomplishment in and of itself-as we all know that it is a needle in a haystack approach and Corporate sites aren't always the easiest way to get into a company. More importantly, the folks with whom I've dealt with have set, managed and enjoyed expectations that are in line with our mutual and truthful representations we've made to each other during the process. This is not as common as it should be-and having read some negative things about Insight, I feel compelled to respond with a good experience. I'll not mention names, as I don't have the express permission knowingly to do so, but until I have approval from the parties to name names-I'll have to simply say "way to go Insight Global! Chicago!"
Sometimes, what is easy for some, can be a challenge for others-regardless how skilled they may be. Luck is knowledge and opportunity colliding at the same time. Thanks for helping me get luckier than I have been to date on this particular opportunity. I'm pleased to see what happens from here-you did your job, and professionally every step of the way like I said above, regardless of the outcome you have proven your value.
