J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Insight Global (Minneapolis, MN) en juil. 2016
Entretien
Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, then a phone call, then in person interview with different people. I didn't want a job because it's one of those "basic" recent college grad jobs that they portray as great but really isn't. I interviewed for practice and am glad I did!
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Very informal, yet formal. The first woman didn't seem interested in the interview and the second woman was great! I didn't get a chance to interview with the woman I spoke to on the phone which is not what we had planned so the other women asked all the questions I had already been asked. It seemed pointless.

Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
