I met with a recruiter at my school after I was offered an Interview through my school's career website. The interview was very informal and I the guy I met with was very friendly. I was offered to go in to their Philly office for a second round interview but I was unable to make it immediately due to travel complications and the company told me I seemed uninterested. I told them I was still very interested and gave them possible dates for me to come in. The company never got back to me and I have not heard from back them since.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.

easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
