Entretien
Initial interview with Insight Global to see if they like me/see me as a possible contender. Basically had no questions towards me but wanted to describe my experiences. Afterwards, if they deem you as a good candidate they set up a Pre-Interview with their account manager. They give you a quick run down of the client (whose looking to hire) and benefits etc. Actual interview with the client was quite easy to interview with.
As a lot of situational questions based off your experiences. Was Offered the position. But after careful consideration - I rejected the offer. The Account Manager ( Insight Global) turn the whole conversation super negative and guilt trip me.

Entretien
Long, disorganized, and disrespectful. Downplay your experience and your salary thinking that they are the biggest and best company in the world. Three rounds of interview, several accomodations, all smiles, then ghosting. It may work with mediocre professionals, and I am leaving this to signal how they are dishonest disrespectful with the candidates, especially one of the Account Managers for the "big", but broke, airline company.

Entretien
Met for a meet and greet in my college town to get to know the recent hires of the company. Everyone was very relaxed and easy to talk to. Not sure how they then chose who to interview after this though.
Recruiter walked me through the interview process and was very supportive during the process.
Always kept me informed at every step and updated ASAP when they heard back from the client.
