J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Insight Global (Scottsdale, AZ) en juil. 2015

I was contacted through LinkedIn and corresponded through messaging. The tone of the recruiter was casual. Then I participated in a prescreening interview before being invited to come into the office to speak with one of the more senior level employees. The entire conversation was extremely casual. We focused a lot on topics not pertinent to the job and it seemed as if he didn't care to know much about the items on my resume but preferred to discuss our hobbies. In hearing his career journey it was obvious that he loves sales and this company. Both aspects seemed paramount to the position at hand as well as a willingness to stay with the company in that city for the next 3 years, minimum. Since the job deals with building a clientele relocating to a different US office can be difficult.

Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.

Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
