I posted my resume on their website and got a call a few hours later from a hiring manager for a different team. I think it was just sheer luck that they called so fast, but regardless I had another phone interview the next day. The manager said I was a perfect fit for a position he wanted to fill and wanted to offer me the job straight away, which I found unusual as there wasn't a single technical question to verify my skills. I was offered the job later that day!
