Initially recommended for the position by a professor who has connections at the company. Completed initial phone screening then had an on-site interview at a large hiring even two weeks later. The on-site interview consisted of 2 interviews, each lasting 1 hour with 2 different people in each hour. The interview had behavioral and technical questions related to my degree. Heard back with an offer within 2-3 weeks.

Started with phone interview, then in person group interview sessions. Mix of technical and personal questions. Technical questions were more related to my specific degree, and others were about how one would solve a specific problem
