J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Intel Corporation (Folsom, CA) en mars 2015
Entretien
I was contacted by phone and asked if I would be interested in coming in for an interview. I said yes, then scheduled an onsite interview. I was told about the topics that i would be tested on. I studied those topics for about 5 days. I went on site, had 3 1:1 interviews. Questions were somewhat tough. I got a call the next morning with an offer.

Two phone interviews then a day onsite with individual interviews sessions with various managers and team members.
The final day of interviews were mostly irrelevant questions that were outside of my skillset and so I did not answer appropriately.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Quality of the interview questions varied wildly by interviewer.
Two of the interviewers just asked generic "tell me about yourself" kind of affairs with nothing particularly noteworthy.
One interviewer asked in-depth technical questions on semiconductor HW design which while interesting, were completely outside the scope of my experience and the relevant responsibilities of the role
One interviewer gave me a math quiz, which could have been easily solved had a had a calculator but it involved calculations that I don't remember how to do by hand. It was also not particularly relevant to the role since this was a test development role and not a statistician role.
One interviewer who was an engineer on the actual team was the only one who asked relevant technical questions. However, I had to correct him a couple times since it was obvious what answer he was looking for but he had messed up in asking the question.
4 interviews, a couple technical and one behavioral interview, pretty decent process and the interviewers were nice and helpful if you did not know something. Still waiting to hear back but overall experience was pretty good
Consisted of two rounds of phone interviews and a day of on-site interviews where I was quizzes on different statistical and programming related topics. Overall was moderately difficult but easier for coding than me othe companies.

Question 1
They had me prepare a presentation on a topic on which I worked to present to the team the day of the on site interview.
