Initially there was a pre-interview screening test that was a simple .ppt preparation, basically a mock assignment from a boss, asking to create some tables from some data. It was a 30minute task, timed. After successfully completing that I was invited for a sit down interview. The tone was quite light and more about getting to know me and my character than an evaluation of my technical skills.

Asked basic questions such as - Tell me about yourself, What is your strength. Explained more about the job role itself and asked about relevant experience stated in resume. Overall, a pleasant and smooth experience.
