Had an email for a quick phone call with the HR. Just questions based on my background, casual, laid-back nothing serious or hard. However two days later, I got an email to my followup that the team doesn't consider me for further review. I am kind of surprised because I thought it was a very good match to my profile and experience when I applied, and I am even more surprised to get eliminated without even talking to a single technical team member, or someone further than HR manager.
send your Cv and cover letter, then I waited for the first turn. The first interview is very comfortable. Even I was stressed, but it was a good experience. Nice people
