Easy and smooth, very straight-forward. I liked it. They were satisfied and gave me offer. I was also asked about my dufferent expectations for the company, the position, relationshipwith colleagues and such. I fel confident.

Good process overall , team is responsive and communicative. I went through a referral (senior role), and the experience felt structured but feedback mechanism is not as good as one would hope

Perplexing. Didn't know what they wanted. They asked me about failures but I wasn't sure how to answer the question in a good way. Also, they asked for coding experience too
