I applied for the CAD-Engineer wich i saw on linked in. The answer i get was really quick. I should answer some technical questions about manufacturing processes. A week later i got my first interview with the HR-Department. It was a nice interview, because of the good and friendly atmosphere. After the first interview, a view days later i got an interview with the technical side, it felt more than a good technical conversation. Also a few days later, i was invited to visit the production hall, met some guys and had an interview with two of them. They asked me how i would handle some technical problems. This was on Friday and at the beginning of the next week i got an interview with Daniel, the CEO. He asked me about my expectations on the new job and this was the first time we talked about the salary expectations i was asked to write in my application document. A week later i got my commitment and here i am now :)

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer, dynamischer Einstellungsprozess. Reaktive und freundliche Personalabteilung. Zunächst ein Gespräch mit HR-Mitarbeiter, sowie ein erstes technisches Gespräch (ca. 1h), gefolgt von einem weiteren Gespräch mit Abteilungsleiter und CEO. Nebst jobrelevanten Fragen auch viel zur Teamarbeit/Teamintegration und der eigenen Motivation in einem jungen Start-Up zu arbeiten.
