My "interview" was scheduled for 12:30 they did not bother to tell me it was a job fair. I waited doing nothing up until 1:00 the first part was the typing assesment which is extremely simple the second part was a 1:1 to review application questions the final part was more based on seeing how well you understand was customer service really is.
ask you scenarios on deescalating customers and on their products. You have to sell them a product so they see how you are. there is a timed typing test as well. 6 weeks of training after 3 weeks you get on the phone

Entretien
First there was a phone screen with HR. Then invited to the call center. Was first given a written test on a computer to test communication & computer skills. After that, HR conducts a 1 on 1 interview. Job was offered on the spot.

Super friendly. Do your research and practice practice practice. Just be prepared and you'll do well. They want to know you and how well you fit into the team.
