This was the worse process I have ever experience. I have worked for retail companies such as Primark and Macys and I believed I had the experience. Anyways, I applied for the job, and I received an email to come in person and have the interview. At first, we had scheduling conflicts, but we made it work. When I got to the interview, I was told that the interviewer was not there and that she had sent me an email to reschedule Again. I checked my email and see she sent the email an hour before the interview (I was on my way there at that time, so I did not check my phone). Okay, afterwards, I sent an email to her so that we can reschedule, she never answered me or sent an email, until this day, no words from the manager. Very unprofessional.
I also noticed that there was no diversity among the hired employees. I am a person of colour. I do want to play the race card. I am just angry about how unprofessional the work ethics of the manger was.

The interview process was extremely friendly, welcoming and simple. They asked about 3 to 4 questions followed by asking if I had any additional comments for the company and culture.

It was an easy interview with easy questions where they asked me about myself and how I would describe myself and what I would contribute to the job and why I like fashion.
