I had to go through 4 stages of interviews with HR, District Manager, Regional Manager and another Regiaol Manager. It was a lot of the same questions really. I would try to change up the answers so, I would not sound the same.

I met with the regional recruiter. She then had me meet in person with the regional manager and then with a market director (district manager). Lastly, I had an interview with the market director overseeing the store I would be working in.

There were three rounds of in-person interviews with progressively more senior regional and corporate managers. There were also the usual and standard background checks and other inquiries. All in all, comprehensive but fair.

Great! In my case, I met with the recruiter and district manager who both were very professional and accommodating. Although the position I applied for was not available at the time, they went to great lengths to ensure I found a position happily.
