interviews are usually thorough and fast. Good company to work for and also has many opportunities for progression and development. It seems a bit difficult to start with, but there is generally great atmosphere in most pubs

quite easy, similar questions to prior interviews at spoons. Asks a lot about how you would manage a shift, how to find information, your goals within the company. need to know knowledge about two pager, where the best place to run a shift from, what you would like to implement into the pub.
