The interview process consisted of three 20-minute rounds. The first was with an analyst and focused on technicals. The next two were with MDs — one covering markets and the other behavioral questions. Throughout the process, interviewers also threw in riddles and were clearly gauging culture fit and overall vibe alongside the substance of the answers.
