First do the Hirevue questions which are from a pool of competency based questions, and then you will receive e-mail interview invitation from VPs. The interviews are 30 minutes and they don't ask you many questions because they will introduce a lot of things to you, so you will have very limited opportunities to really show your strength

Difference between spot and forward transaction. How to persuade a client to do a forward transaction with you
Submit application online. It took me about two months to then get an email to arrange an interview time on the following day. The interview is about half an hour, talk about past experience and opinions of the market. Very casual.
