I was a fresher and was giving an on campus interview. The process was good. There was an online IQ Test followed by a GD and a couple of 1-1s. The GD was awesome. I was in a group of 7 people and it was a case study of 45 minutes. There were 6 observers for the 7 of us. It was a really good experience. The interviews were really good too. They were very calm and they made their requirements very cleaar right from the start. No nonsense stuff. Straight and direct approach .
