No feedback, even though personally i did very well, i was more experienced than required and it would have been better to get feedback or followup but there was no communication at all. The IQ test was standard test. The behavioral interview was tricky as the panel was asking all sorts of questions like how would you build a car so on. The 2nd interview was all right and questions like strengths, tell me a time where you showed mettle and negotiation so on. I asked some questions relating to work and they tried their best to give the answers.
