for the position of Performance Test engineer. the process was good , Two telephonic interviews and then next face to face technical interview and HR round and salary negotiation

all questions are relevant to subject area & specialization .Practical situational base questions are asked in interview .
Screening Call
Then technical interview with 2 people.
Technical interview was a bit weird, the two were super serious so it meant any small talk went flat and threw off the vibe.
Was an alright interview, didnt think I did too bad, however they called me out on small technicalities (See Questions)
At the end of the call, dude suggested me to do OSCP for networking basics (lmao) and then they didnt even decline me, just ghosted.
Not great.
