group interview and solo interviews in 2 different sessions. The solo interviews were behavioural while the group interview was a case study requiring the construction of a recommendation regarding a business issue.
The interview was alright once it started. Pressure is on you but it would be when you are in a normal face to face interview. Asked a few questions in which you get 30 seconds to prepare for.

There have been 3 stages:
1. CV and some online games to test my personality
2. Video interview (3 questions)
3. Assessment centre (which included an interview as well)
the assessment centre had 4 parts: short presentation and a q&a, 121 interview, an article review and a group exercise that tested our communication skills, strategy and teamwork capabilities.
