Began with a short data screening exercise. Followed by a 3.5 hr data/coding test. Followed by a 30 min interview with multiple staff. It was tedious but they were prompt in getting back to you.

First a data analysis screening which took 20 minutes (interpreting regression tables and a balance test), then a 3.5-hour data and policy exam. Finally an interview with two people who might have been robots. A pretty unenjoyable interview with some rigid technical questions and no smiles. Over a month later they emailed saying they were pursuing a different candidate
