Online call with two staff members. One would have been my manager and the other is a team mate. It was very direct but hard to know what they were seeking at some point.

Overall a smooth Process. Really nice staff and good interview questions. more of a conversation than an interview. Type of questions they ask is competency based questions e.g. "think of a time"..etc
Informal discussion asking about experience so far, aspirations, skill sets. Seemed like a pre-screening interview with the hiring managers. Virtual meeting - reasonably informal, polite and professional. Informed about company current projects.
