Had a chat with the hiring manager - some general HR trading related questions. Agreed to have me speak with the traders from the team I was applying to join and then 2 days later pulled that second part.

I went through a couple of rounds telephonic interviews. First interview mainly focused on background and past trading experience. I was asked to solve some probability puzzles and statistics related problems.

4 rounds, talking to 6-8 different people. They were all very nice. Should know about some macro economics as well, think about CPI numbers and what happens in the market if they are lower or higher than expected.
