Entretien
I sent my application via web. After more than 1 month they came back saying that they had an internal candidate, then they call back saying that the candidate was not a fit.
Then I had 2 Interviews and a technical assessment.
I never heard from them again. Not even a message saying that I was not selected for the position. As I can follow the candidate’s portal I was able to see that the process was closed.
Even a simple hiring process is a mess I can’t imagine the rest.

Entretien
I was contacted by a headhunter regarding the above position, which is based in their Budapest office. However, the role turned out to be quite different from the description initially provided. During the interview, the Hiring Manager mentioned that although the official policy requires only one day per week in the office, they would prefer if I were present more frequently.
Eventually, they decided not to proceed, citing that I was "too junior" for the actual responsibilities of the role — despite the fact that they were the one who reached out to me, and the salary range they offered aligned with a junior-level position.
