Whereas the company gives feedback and has a clear hiring process description (which is a big plus), even a single “screen call” was not adjusted, which is a regular practice for the case. Possibly, the opening was a future hire, but it's strange to expect a senior candidate to figure this out from their public “news” (or maybe someone was waiting a candidate to take a lead over a hiring process?). Move forward with applying to another one, otherwise consider spending vast amount of time to have “standard” feedback.
