Entretien
Before there was an in person interview, a recruiter had called me after i submitted my resume in order to discuss the general logistics of the job and to see if i was interested. Afterwards i was in an in person interview , first was with more senior interviewers, and then the second one that same day was with people i would be working with in my immediate team.

One interesting thing was if i had an interest in puzzles and or puzzle games
It was clear communication—timely updates, well-defined expectations, and a warm welcome. The interviewer fosters a respectful dialogue, listens actively, and encourages authenticity. Candidates leave feeling valued, inspired, and excited for potential next steps

Question 1
The usual: strength and weakness, examples of past work challenges and achievements
good and smooth interview process probably because it is during the pandemic. Not that much of a hassle. interviewers are welcoming as well. The interview is fast and result can be shared in less than a month or two
There are two tasks that the participants are asked to do - prioritization and detail orientation. The interviews are mostly done online and the candidates have about a day to complete the task
