Entretien
First with HM and then a panel interview. Mostly behaviorial with a little bit of design questions. Not too many rigorous questions, depending on who is on the panel. Usually the people seemed kind and want to see you succeed
It was clear communication—timely updates, well-defined expectations, and a warm welcome. The interviewer fosters a respectful dialogue, listens actively, and encourages authenticity. Candidates leave feeling valued, inspired, and excited for potential next steps

Question 1
The usual: strength and weakness, examples of past work challenges and achievements
good and smooth interview process probably because it is during the pandemic. Not that much of a hassle. interviewers are welcoming as well. The interview is fast and result can be shared in less than a month or two
There are two tasks that the participants are asked to do - prioritization and detail orientation. The interviews are mostly done online and the candidates have about a day to complete the task
