J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Kearney (Milan) en déc. 2020
Entretien
The overall interview process lasted 2.5 weeks and proceeded smooth and efficiently. I went through 5 different rounds: firstly, a fit "speed-date"; then, three business cases; finally, a blended (fit + business case) interview with the Italian Head Unit. The fit interview is detailed and deep-dives your past experiences. It tends to be more challenging than average fit interviews, but less intense than McKinsey's PEI. Business cases are tough and structured, and entail a relevant portion of estimates, and "hidden" market sizing exercises. Interviewers are kind and make you feel at your ease.

That was the weirdest interview process known to man, they call me up first
and give me a mini case, was a weird one too similar to the classic how many ping pong balls can fit an airplane. That was a pre-round.
First round was with someone whom I think never did a case interview, he gave me a whole case with 3 different questions upfront, each of these questions required me to do a mini framework for each, at that point tbh we both didn’t know what we were doing. Lol.
But the hr is something for sure! My first round was literally in the midst of ramadans Maghreb athan , naturally I wondered if I was still considered for a second round, no response was given but people were being hired for an intern role as seen by LinkedIn.
I’m assuming what happened is they overestimated their need for interns for the rowaad program and then just decided to ghost candidates as that seems to be in par with my friends experiences.
