Sent my resume to the company representatives who held a workshop in my university. Heard back after 2 months. The first round was with managers, second round with partners. First round consisted with 2 business cases 1 hr each. It was specific with the country and middle east region. Second round was one behavioural interview and 1 business case. People are nice since they ensure to make you feel comfortable
O processo recrutamento foram até à fase em que cheguei foram duas entrevistas, cada uma com parte comportamental e caso, cada uma com duração de 1 hora. Os entrevistadores foram muito simpáticos e foi uma boa experiência.
2 rounds of 3 interviews, 1.5-2 hours each heavy technicals some behaviorals. I received a call a few days later after each round if I was passed on/received an offer.

Interviewee led case. Make sure to study casing frameworks and have basic knowledge of how businesses work (profits, qualitative aspects, supply chain, etc.)
Two first round interviews with associates or managers, two second round interviews with a principal and partner. All interviews include a behavioral aspect, a case, and a Q&A at the end.
