J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Klarna en juil. 2015
Entretien
The entire processes is a first chat with a recruiter, a interview with a team leader, a pair programming section with dev team and a in side interview with managers.
Initial chat, we talk about my background, no technical questions, more about how I did what I said that I did in my resume.
In a week I made a interview with a tech leader about, I don't remember exactly the questions, but was about my work background.

It was a terrible experience.
After an IQ test which I completed I was scheduled an online interview in JavaScript which I passed successfully.
Then they put me on a plane to Stockholm.
I should have known better than let them schedule the flight and hotel.
They put me on the cheapest flight possible.
After that they put me in the cheapest hotel possible.
After walking to their office I had another IQ test and then the nightmare started.
They put me in a room with 2 interviewers. Both of them did not speak english as a native tongue and I had to listen to questions in broken English I could hardly understand.
One had a terrible accent. The other had terrible accent and some orthodontic fix which made her speech barely intelligible.
They proceeded to ask me questions which were not found in the job description regarding backend, devops, infrastructure, architecture, monitoring, alerting, log aggregation, database synchronization, sharding and such.
They were upset I was focused on front end development, even though that was the position I was applying for
I wouldn't mind If I hadn't already asked before the flight if not knowing these subjects would be an issue.
To which they replied "not a problem at all, it's a front end role".
They were not smart enough to understand my answers and when I gave a simple example of putting a website on a host like GoDaddy they actually thought I believed the idea of deploying a solution to production environment for an enterprise product is "buying a domain from godaddy"
The day was scheduled to last a few more hours but as soon as they realized I don't have the qualifications which they said are not important they cancelled everything and sent me home.
I told them they should have done their homework and be honest with the real job requirements before putting me on a plane to frigid Sweden and wasting my time.
Don't waste your time on them.
Apparently they believe they don't have to write actual job requirements and expect you to just have them because "you are in the industry and we expected you to have these skills"
The interview was difficult but only because they asked questions for domains not found in the job description requirements, after telling me those subjects are not required. That is unethical and dishonest and wasting applicant time
