1st Stage: Logic test
2nd Stage: Interview with the hiring manage
3rd and 4th Stage: Put together a business case and present it to different Sr Level positions.

Das Vorstellungsgespräch beginnt mit einer Selbstvorstellung, gefolgt von Fragen zu Erfahrungen, Fähigkeiten und Motivation. Anschließend werden Fachfragen gestellt und der Bewerber präsentiert eine Fallstudie. Am Ende erfolgt Raum für Rückfragen.
The whole interview process was clear and structured. Every step felt more like a two-way conversation which made you feel very comfortable, very rare for companies that size. Overall, the process took one month and was very enjoyable.
Premier entretien avec les RH en viséo avec des questions basiques, un test de logique en ligne (logic reasoning test), plusieurs entretiens avec le responsable et l'équipe en présentiel au bureau.
