A recruiter reached out in November asking me to make time for multiple interviews so I could start in December. I was then told I got the role but they would need need another month to get financing approved. They then continued to string me along for another month. I eventually got an offer from another company and they BEGGED me not to take it as they were only days away from getting finance approval. Luckily I didn't listen to them as they then reached out a week later (now over 3 months since I "got the role") to tell me financing fell through. Absolutely horrible company.
