J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LPL Financial (San Diego, CA) en janv. 2018
Entretien
The hiring manager contacted me via email shortly after my application to set up a 30-min initial phone interview. He didn't ask anything unusual. First he wanted me to tell him a little bit about myself and then he explained the role to me and asked two OFAC/sanctions related questions. The hiring manager won't expect you to know everything but he really wants you to know where to find that kind of information if you get the job. Like the Treasury website, the SDN list etc.
Then I went to San Diego for a second interview. That one was pretty friendly and straight-forward too. I didn't get the job but it was an easy interview and a great experience.
