J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LPL Financial (San Diego, CA) en août 2019
Entretien
Submitted resume a month ago. Got emailed a link to complete online assessment (3 parts, about an hour total). Scheduled a phone screening with a recruiter and then successfully moved on to schedule an in-person interview with a panel of hiring managers (3 parts, lasted an hour total - Qs, roleplay, active listening exercise). Heard back this week and accepted offer.
They tend to be good with their promised response time, but if you don’t hear back from them, give it another week.

The interview process was very relaxed with many questions about abilities to solve problems, and whether or not you have the ability to learn new skills. The interviewers were very easy to talk to as well.

Question 1
What was one difficulty you experience and how did you overcome it?
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez LPL Financial (San Diego, CA) en août 2019
Entretien
I had applied to a few positions at LPL, and an LPL recruiter reached out to me for the Service Experience Professional position. I had an initial phone screening (about 10-20 minutes) completed an easy online assessment, and had one more phone interview (about 30 minutes) with the same recruiter. You need to be prepared to talk about your previous work experience and how you can easily transition into the role. You also need to be prepared to give a brief overview or what you know about LPL. I was invited for an on-site interview, where I interviewed with 2 managers of the department. There were about 10-15 experience based questions (be prepared to give examples- STAR method is best). There was a communication activity, followed by an instructional activity. As long as you be yourself and have good customer/client experience and interaction, this should be very easy.
