J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez LPL Financial en sept. 2022
Entretien
Three rounds. R-1) video meeting with HR rep. under 30 min and was a cake walk. HR rep did not seem to know very much at all about IT or cyber security. walked through resume. took like 4 weeks to get a response regarding results and next steps. R-2) video meeting with lead Network security Engineer. Was suppose to be technical but we really just went through my resume, and asked me questions about my work/projects. very friendly and polite. Went well and was told at the end that I would be going to the next round. Told me what to expect and what concepts I should brush up on. Next round was scheduled for the next week almost immediately after. R-3) video meeting with 3 network security engineers. Very polite and understanding that interviews are stressful as they continuously reassured me that I was doing well. Was supposed to be technical again but we really just went over the highlights of resume. Towards the end they said that they would ask me technical questions but decided it was not necessary since I seemed to have proved my knowledge through out the interview. They ended the meeting 10 minuets early as they where satisfied and did not feel the need to ask any questions. Forgot to let me ask my questions.
