There were two steps to the interview process: a phone interview with the HR team with standard questions about your biographical information, and a video call interview with project engineers/project managers with more technical questions

They mostly asked questions about the courses I took in my senior year of undergrad, and how I felt about them. They also asked questions related to the job - if I'm willing to travel, to work mostly out in the field, and to relocate if needed.

HR Interview followed by team interview. Straight forward questions. Interview timelines is roughly 2-3 weeks. Most of the question were from previous job and resume. Try to negotiate salary and relocation compensation if applicable.

The process was decent. Had a phone interview and then a follow up interview with a group engineering lead. Both were very approachable and the company responded promptly, which was very appreciated.
