Interview was arranged through video conferencing. However I had no clue what they asked during the interview, as the panel seem to have had no clue whatsoever about the Contracts Management subject. To be honest I had to intervene and ask them questions to make sure that if they have any expertise in the field in which was interviewed for. Once I realized that it was just a formality, I made up my mind to not give too much during the interview. they were very much interested only in knowing my joining date.

Interview was in 3 phases 1- HR 2- Technical 3- Upper Management After passing the 3 interviews, you are receiving unofficial offer, then you move to offer & contract, the process will take normally 1 week if in rush. Technical Interview was challenging and fun.
