Placed out of college. Shortlisted in college based on the CGPA, and an online aptitude test was conducted in college. After the initial round, the interview was held in another college nearby. Interview was more of a marketing gimmick by the company to recruit as many people as possible. Panel consisted of an HR professional as well as a technical interviewer.

Entretien
Good. Onboarding Process was good. Site locations are a bit tough as a start but that is what Mega Construction projects are about. Otherwise good exposure and experience for freshers.
