I applied online. Took an onIine assessment test that takes about 45 - 60 mins. I then received an email for an "invite only" open house. I attended the open house. The first 30-45 minutes is a summary of the company. You get a general illustration of the claims process. They also tell you about the benefits. After that you go upstairs to the claim center. You get a quick overview of the daily process and observe. After that its back downstairs where you wait to be interviewed. The interview consisted of 3 individual management members. You interview one on one with all three. Mainly behavior questions you will need to answer. After the interview process is completed you get a sturdy handshake and told you will hear something in about a week.

Quick and Easy Process. I was asked mainly a lot of questions as it relates to prior experience. Behavior questions were asked as well as how you would handle certain situations.

Applyed online, did all you need then I got an email to schedule my interview, my interview got scheduled for Wednesday at 10:30. On Wednesday a few minutes early got on the line to join the interview, there was some background music waited for 10 minutes the recruiter never answered. Right after that I sent an email to the recruiter that I was waiting for the interview, she did not answer, next day I sent another email, finally i got an answer, she said that something unexpected happened therefore she was not able to conduct the interview as scheduled. She offered to reschedule, so i gave my availability and we rescheduled the interview for Thursday which is more than a week later. She said this time she would call my number, interview was at 9:00, I ready she calls at 9:06, so she is late again.... very unprofessional. She was nice to talk to though bit all the delays were a turn off and i felt like the position was already taken otherwise she would not forget about the interview, so needles to say i did not get the job.

I applied online, took the test, got called for an interview. Interviewed with two managers and got called for a second interview with the regional manager. Told me to wait 1-2 weeks for a response and now I wait.
