Typcially, you will interview with a recruiter who will do a behavioral interview (i.e. tell me about a time when...). Make sure you have a specific situation, what you did about it and the ultimate outcome. You have about 5-6 of these questions. If you pass, the recruiter will forward you to the hiring manager to go through the same process but with different questions. If he/she likes you, you go through the same process again with that person's boss. A background is done, too, so make sure you are clean. The whole process is about 3-4 weeks.
