Initially went online and applied through the company's website. Took the assessment through the online application. The assessment consisted of 4 total parts.
1. A customer service virtual scenario where you listen to customers and pick the best responses whilst documenting notes/info.
2. A typing test
3. A definitions test (EX: Amy spoke very ELOQUENTLY during her presentation. Then the multiple choice answers will allow you to pick the best simplified version of the sentence/term to test your understanding)
4. A basic math scenario test (EX: David gets paid $2500 for this upcoming paycheck. He is expecting a fourth of this to be put in savings until his next check. How much will he save?)
Once finished (assuming you passed) a recruiter will email you for a phone interview. You will basically go over your resume/experience in detail (if you have high volume call center experience with metrics, play up to this) and be asked one or two STAR questions. This is also where you will find out about the pay and what's required to obtain the max salary for the position (which is typically to be already licensed with prior experience or obtaining your license before the unlicensed training class-if you are a go getter this company is right for you).
If you get the green light you will be scheduled to have between 1-3 interviews (same day/different days just depends on the center location and time of the year) where you will answer more STAR questions (be prepared for at least 10 scenarios).
Afterwards you will either get a call from the recruiter with an offer or receive the Jane/John Doe email saying "We loved meeting you blah blah blah but we will be moving forward with other candidates".
Good luck to anyone applying!

Was taken in a room and explained about the position and company. Then 2 managers came in wanted me to explain my resume as it related to the position. Was then given a scenario sheet to read and rate my response 1-3. 1 being the one you'd most likely pick, 3 being the least likely then was asked behavioral questions. Etc really didnt care for the experience. Was sent a generic email saying they were going on with other candidates who matched the skills. I think i dodged a bullet working for this company. God has better in store for me so its a relief.

Filled out an online application and had to do an assessment that took about 30 minutes. Time consuming but did receive an email to set up a phone interview a few days later. Phone interview was about 30 minutes. Just went over my resume, the job and asked a few behavioral questions. Set up an in person interview the next day. In person interview was with 2 managers. Really went into my resume. Like asking a lot of why did you do this and why did you do that type questions. Sensed a lot of judgement and didn't felt more interrogative than conversational. Then I they gave me a paper with a scenario and 3 responses. Had to rank them and explain why I chose what I chose. Then did a few behavioral questions. This lasted about 45 minutes. Then they took me to another room with another manager along with another candidate that was interviewing at the same time. We watched a short 15 minute video on the company and a person taking a call to get an idea of what the job would be like. Then the manager took us for a short tour and then back to our interview rooms to interview with another manager. This was shorter interview. Had to do another scenario just like the first one. Asked a few behavioral questions and that was it. I couldn't get a read on her and the first two interviewers I thought I definitely didn't get the job. However, 5 days later I got a call from the recruiter with an offer and started my background check, which cleared 3 days later.
