Entretien
Hiring and interview process is decent. The HR department was very responsive and timely when following up regarding the interview. The interview itself was fairly standard. Most of the questions were "what if you were in this situation?" type questions. The interview was pretty informal, a lot of talking about the position or why you think you would like working for the company.

Think of a time you had to think outside of the box when handling a claim. This is not a bad question per say, but being a claims handler is not a creative position and your handling depends a lot of state laws.
