Received an email from a recruiter about 3 weeks after applying to the position. Had a half hour phone interview going over my resume and asked standard behavioral interview questions. Got moved on to 2nd round interview talking about my projects/coursework with a software dev & project manager. Received offer 3 days later.

I applied in the fall for the TechStart Internship Program from the website. I received an email to set up a screen interview 2 days later and the woman I talked to via video interview was the same recruiter I met on campus. There was a second interview a week later and I was told I would receive feedback a week or two later. Unfortunately, Thanksgiving week slowed things down a little but I received an offer via email three weeks after my second interview. The process is very smooth and fast in my opinion. As for the interview questions, there are no programming questions and the interviewer even mentioned this at the start. Instead it was mostly behavioral questions with the second interview being slightly more technical.
